Returns & Exchanges

Adult Novelties & Lubricants:

Due to health and safety regulations, all adult novelty sales are final. We will gladly exchange or replace any defective/non working/damaged/broken merchandise within the initial 30 day period from purchase.  Please use the "Contact Us" page to report any defective items within 30 days of delivery. Lubricants do not qualify as an adult novelty, however, it cannot be replaced therefore lubricants are final sale. Items for exchange must be returned back to us within 30 days of delivery. Qualifying exchanges/returns are eligible for a merchandise credit only, we do not do cash or card refunds. 



Apparel Items: 


Exchanges permitted only when provided items are not worn, washed, or damaged,  and remain in original packaging with all tags, if applicable.  Apparel items may be exchanged for any other merchandise in the online store. Items for exchange must be returned back to us within 30 days of delivery.  Qualifying exchanges/returns are eligible for a merchandise credit only. Although, lingerie bottoms and bodysuits cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, we will exchange your lingerie top for the correct size or provide store credit.

 

We're sorry at this time we're unable to offer a free returns and exchanges. Any returns must be made at your own cost. For all returns back to us. Please return using a standard traceable service and retain tracking information. Make sure to keep tracking information for your records until the package has been delivered in case it gets lost in transit. Please note that refunds may take up to 7 days depending on card issuer and financial institution, however, in rare cases can take up to 21 days. If you were issued a refund and do not receive it within 21 days please contact us. 

 

For cancelling your order, you must contact us within 1 hours of placing your order to cancel. All items on back order may be cancelled within 48 hours upon placing order. Once an order has been processed and/or shipped we are unable to cancel your order. If you cancelled an order, please note it may take up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect your account, depending on the card issuer/financial institution. We aim to process your return ASAP, but on occasions it may take up to 21 days for your refund to be processed. Please contact us If you don't receive you refund within 21 days of cancelling. For all order cancellations please contact us within its correct time frame at SensualSeduXion@gmail.com and make sure to include your four digit order number. 

To adjust or change order information contact us within 24 hours of placing order and be sure to include order number. If this item is shipped or processed prior to contacting us we do not hold responsibility so please be sure to check your information before placing order. If your package is return due to wrong address/addressee gone away/unable to forward Sensual Seduxion is not held responsible and will require a shipping fee in order to ship package again.

 

Shipping & Processing We use many carriers which results in different processing times, the maximum time for processing may be up to 7 business days and shipping time 7 to 14 business days following processing. Shipping time may delayed or changed according to the coronavirus outbreak. We will try our best to get the order to you as soon as possible. If you do not receive your order within the maximum time frame please contact us. 

  • For Free Shipping Promotion - Orders must equal or exceed the amount shown after all discounts and coupons have been applied to qualify for the promotion.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from us, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any store credit issued.
  • If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it; you must contact us within 7 days to file a claim. We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Generally, Claims can take up to 30 days, depending on the shipping carrier used, to complete. We do not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

 

Reserved Rights Regarding Shipping

While we will make every effort to accommodate your shipping and billing preferences, We reserve the right to require customers to use a “common” shipping and billing address in the event we are unable to process an order or verify a shipping address provided. Additionally, we reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or cancel orders from customers at any time due to: An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of “wardrobing”,An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or, Potential fraudulent or criminal activity. Lastly, We reserve the right to limit, refuse, and/or reject returns (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted in this section.

Sizing

When buying lingerie, remember it runs small. These are tiny pieces of fabric meant to cover next to nothing with sexy details attached to keep it together. Generally lingerie fits smaller. If you are unsure between two sizes always go up, never down.

  • X-Small - Size 0-2
  • Small - Size 2-4 and dress sizes 6-8
  • Medium - Size 4-6-8 and dress sizes 10-12
  • Large  - Size 10-12 and dress sizes 12-14
